Announcement of new 2012-2013 Principal and Chief of Operations

Dear Highville Community,

It gives me great pleasure to announce two exciting additions to Highville Charter School. Over the past few months, the Board of Directors engaged in a search process for a new school principal as well as a Chief of Operations. I am pleased to announce that Mr. Craig Drezek has accepted the position offered to him as principal and Mr. Bill Troy has agreed to serve as our Chief of Operations.

Mr. Drezek comes to Highville with an extensive background as a school administrator and educational leader. Most recently, he served as a principal in the Windsor Public Schools. Mr. Drezek has also worked as a Superintendant and Chief of Operations.

Mr. Troy is no stranger to Highville. He has served as principal of Highville for the last 5 years and we are grateful he has agreed to continue his service and dedication to the school in his new role as Chief of Operations.

On behalf of the Board I would like to extend our gratitude for all of your hard work and commitment this school year. As parents and guardians, you provide tremendous support to the staff and the Board. We appreciate all that you do.
